Questions, answered

The things people ask us most. Still wondering about something? Give us a call — we're happy to help.

Halotherapy — dry salt therapy — means resting in a room with finely-ground salt in the air. People come to us to breathe a little easier through cold and allergy season, to give their skin a gentle break, and mostly to slow down and relax. We talk about it as wellbeing and comfort, not medical treatment. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor first.

The whole room is yours for your visit — no strangers, no shared benches. You settle into a comfortable seat, the salt-infused air does its thing, and you get to be quiet for a while. Come solo, bring your partner, or make it a little family reset.

Just comfortable clothes you can relax in. Lighter-colored fabrics are nice since a fine salt dust can settle on darker clothing (it brushes right off). Bring nothing else — everything you need is in the room.

Yes — plenty of families come together, which is why we offer child add-ons for ages 12 and under. It's a calm, dry, drug-free environment. If your child has a respiratory condition, have a quick word with your pediatrician before your first visit.

We run on private appointments, so we ask for 24 hours' notice. Book right from our app and pick the time that fits your day — it takes a minute.

Plan for a relaxed visit. When you book in the app you'll see the session length and can pick the slot that works — solo visits move quickly, family sessions we give a little more room to breathe.
